DESCRIPTION:

Help is just one tap away with the notOK App®. When you're feeling vulnerable and need support, this app eliminates the uncertainty of asking for help. We will inform your trusted contacts that they have been selected as your support group. So, when you need someone to reach out to, simply open the app and press the prominent red notOK® button.

HOW TO USE:

1. Register and confirm your email address and cellular number.
2. Add up to 5 trusted contacts' cellular phone numbers, either from your native address book or manually.
3. Your trusted contacts can then accept or decline the invitation.
4. Once your trusted contacts are confirmed, you are all set!
5. When you need help, open the app and tap the large red notOK Button.
6. A message, along with your current GPS location, will be sent to your contacts, saying: "Hey, I'm not OK! Please call, text, or come find me."
7. If you don't receive a response from your trusted contacts, you have the option of contacting a local warmline or the Crisis Text Line for further support.
8. When you are feeling better, update your support crew by pressing the green button.
